The broker LOS that costs nothing.
The full 1003, pricing across every lender, TRID, credit, and submission. Open source, and it runs in your own account.

Borrower data never leaves it
Pricing
Tell it what the borrower wants. It tells you which loan.
- Best fit, in dollars. Lowest payment, lowest cost over the years they'll keep it, lowest cash to close, or lowest rate, with the breakeven on points.
- Routing. Conforming, high-balance, jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM, and which of your lenders take it.
- Ways to price better. The smallest real change that helps, like "$10,000 more down reaches 80% LTV."
Your compensation is never a ranking factor. Anti-steering rules forbid it, so it's designed out.

The whole file
Everything a broker file needs.
Nothing it doesn't.
Application
The full 1003, lender pages included.
History, income, assets, real estate owned, gifts, declarations, military service, and demographics, with the proposed payment and cash to close worked out as you type.
Compliance
A TRID clock on every loan.
Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure deadlines, the waits before closing, and the earliest allowed closing date, on both business-day calendars.
Credit and AUS
Authorization first, then scores, tradelines, and DU, LPA, or GUS findings.
Your pipeline, your rules
Stages, tasks, and conditions you set up without code.
Licensing, built in
NMLS IDs, state license checks before a loan is assigned, and the pre-LE statement.
3.4
MISMO in and out
Submission-ready files, SSNs masked unless you're submitting.
An open API
Any portal, CRM, or vendor connects with scoped keys and signed webhooks.
Encrypted, with your key
SSNs, documents, and credit reports. Two-step sign-in and a history of every change.
Every loan, on time
It knows what's due before you do.
Every loan lists what a lender will ask for before you send it. The TRID clock starts the moment the sixth piece of an application arrives, and gives the Loan Estimate, a revised LE after a lock, and the Closing Disclosure each a deadline. The pipeline shows every loan's next one.

Live pricing
No more re-keying rate sheets.
Lenders publish signed, live pricing through ORSF, an open standard, and your copy prices from their current sheet. For lenders that still send spreadsheets, import them with a reusable template.

Yours
Your copy. Your data. Your key.
There's no central server and no account with us. Each shop runs its own copy, and nobody else ever holds your borrowers' data.
No lender money
No lender owns it or pays for it, and it never ranks loans by what they pay you.
Open code
Every line is public under the AGPL. Anyone can read it, run it, or carry it on.
Releases you can check
Signed tags and Docker images with signed build provenance. How to verify
